Suan’s® Scotch Bonnet Flavor Sauce
Minced onion (optional)
French baguette, sliced
Sharp cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
Butter
Toss cubed avocado and tomatoes with ½ teaspoon Suan’s® Scotch Bonnet Flavor Sauce, you can also add finely minced onion if desired
Heap onto slices of French baguettes, salt and pepper if desired, top with sharp cheddar cheese.
Place in medium hot skillet with a small amount of butter to brown bottom of baguettes. Cover at the end of the cooking process to melt cheese, remove from skillet and serve warm.
